Privacy notice

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our discovery calls:

• Enquiry form: your name, business name (if you give it), email address, phone number (if you give it), how you’d like us to contact you, and your message.
• Booking a call: bookings are made through Google Calendar. Google collects your name, email address, the time you choose and anything else you enter on the booking page (for example a phone number for a phone call), and shares it with us.
• Technical information: when you use the enquiry form, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to block spam and abuse. We also use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and button clicks without cookies and without identifying you.

• To reply to your enquiry using the contact method you choose.
• To arrange and hold your discovery call.
• To provide any services you later ask us for.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse, and to understand how the website is used overall.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

We use a small number of trusted service providers, who handle information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, spam protection (Turnstile) and cookie-free web analytics.
• Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar): our email, and booking discovery calls.
• Resend: delivers enquiry-form messages to our inbox.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose established providers with strong security practices.

We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and then delete them.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookie-free. The spam check on the enquiry form may store small technical values in your browser only to confirm you’re a person.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the enquiry form and tell us what you’d like us to do. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
